A beauty brand *thought* they needed to launch a new night creme. They wanted to increase sales and attract new customers. Yet - they were struggling with how to differentiate themselves from the market - they dreaded just being another product at TJMAXX in 1 year.

We learned through observational interviews that their clients didn’t want a new night creme, but the problem was that their clients lacked motivation + consistency to stick with their nightly skincare routine. We created an app to track accountability with different gamification options to keep clients wanting to come back for more, while increasing sales, social giveback + brand loyalty.
