03 / Rough Concept

I drafted up a rough concept to conceptually understand what I needed to build for the lofi:

  1. “Flag” button is always present from Canopy (the EMR software)

  2. User can "heart" (or whatever icon) to save patient to Case Collaboration List

  3. When they save the patient, they can:
     1. Select tags for the patient
    2. Write a note

  4. Patient is Added to Case Collaboration List: Providers can sort by tags (good way to see what other providers are doing for similar patients globally), Providers can edit / add comments, Tells who saved it

  5. List of changes / recommendations are under each patient with date

  6. Need Step Here to Make Action Based vs Just Talking about the ideas — Co worker can give suggestion?  Reddit feed?  Others can upvote

  7. Provider can tap into the patient profile from collaborative list + see full info

  8. Provider can move to archive

04 / Lofi

Finally, I got started with creating the lofi

1. Starting Point: Chart Header or TAP
- User can click “up arrow” to save patient to Case Collaboration List

2. When user clicks the up arrow, a module appears where they can:
- Add new CC
- Edit CC
- Archive CC

3. Filled in Up Arrow Appears in Chart + TAP

4. Starting Point #3: Patient is Added to Case Collaboration List
- User can click toggle to sort
- User can: edit, archive by clicking on heart to open module

5. User can add from Weekly Planning by clicking outlined heart (same flow as adding from chart)
