The beauty brand thought they need a new product, but upon analyzing the data, we found that the client actually needed a solution to keep accountability with their nightly routine - how do we create this?

Clients are now motivated to complete their nightly skin routine, as a result:

  • They have nicer skin since they use the product more, so there are more word of mouth referrals

  • They use more of the product, so they need to buy more to replace it

  • They receive a discount, more of an incentive to buy

  • They feel good about the social giveback 

  • There is brand loyalty  to the product as it is now a habitual nightly routine
